Gas Sample Pump
Gas Sample Pump
Suitable for use with both PULSAR and AURORA analysers. With the ability to connect up to 5 sample pumps to a single Pulsar gas analyser allowing the independent control of 5 sample channels.
315 NMHC Cutter
315 NMHC Cutter

Signal Group’s 315 NMHC cutter provides the capability to measure methane and non-methane hydrocarbons only for clients with a standard heated flame ionisation detector (FID).

An external non-methane hydrocarbon cutter provides capability to measure methane only for clients with a standard heated flame ionisation detector (FID). The Model 315 provides a low cost alternative to “all in one” FIDs with a built in cutter.

Housed in a 19” rack-mount case suitable for inline usage with portable and fixed equipment, this unit is ideal for use with 3010 or SOLAR FID units. Two modes of operation allow a reading for either total hydrocarbons or methane only, allowing you to derive a value for nonmethane hydrocarbon concentration.

Heated/Non-heated Multipoint Sampler
Heated/Non-heated Multipoint Sampler
These units are designed to give the user easy selection of measurement from various sampling points, for example from multiple gas cylinders, exhaust stacks or engine test cells. It is often mounted upstream of a main filtration unit (e.g. the Signal model 350), or downstream of smaller local filters (e.g. the Signal model 363SM).Available as heated or non-heated, 4, 6, 8 or 10 inlets can be chosen along with a single outlet as standard. With up to 30 inlets and 3 outlets, and backpurge, boost pump, integrated line control, and various automation options also available, these versatile units can provide excellent value for money for mid-to-large scale gas analysis projects.
420 – NOx (NO2 TO NO) converter
420 – NOx (NO2 TO NO) converter

This compact 3 U high 19” rack enclosure houses both the NOx converter as well as a self contained heated filter and calibration gas selection valve. It is generally used with the Signal Group S4 PULSAR multi-gas analyser or to check converter efficiencies.

363SM – Heated pre-filter
363SM – Heated pre-filter
The 363SM is a heated pre-filter which is installed close to the sampling point, providing a filtration of hot sample gas before allowing down the heated line to the gas analyser.
