    All distributors welcome packs have been sent out which will include an authorised distributor certificate. If you have not received yours yet please let Jenny or myself know so we can issue a replacement.

    If you have got your then we’d love to see pictures of them taking pride of place. This goes for any other content you’d like us to share. If you’d like any assistance in putting together a case study where Signal equipment has been used our marketing department are here to help you craft the story into a useful PR piece.

Our customer purchased Signal Group’s latest fixed, heated FID, the S4 SOLAR, and we needed a little help with setup and commissioning because the customer wanted to calibrate his device with a special gas rather than propane. We therefore contacted Signal and they were able to log into the analyser remotely and quickly changed the analyser settings. Following this amendment, the analyser was operational in no time. As a result, the customer was delighted and said that Signal’s remote diagnostic capability was a very pleasant surprise!
